Basic educational courses teach the student their cultural heritage. They learn who they are, about their environment, and an appreciation of the different aspects that distinguish their identity. In addition, critical and analytical skills and the imagination and creativity of the individual are encouraged. Reading skills are strengthened, teaching students to analyze, infer, associate and summarize the world in which they live. Mathematics and science instruction anchor the basic primary courses. |
